Thinking about  getting into Jackie’s next camp? Well don’t let the words “warrior” or “boot camps” scare you!   Jackie Kold’s Get Farm Fit Boot Camps serving St. Charles, Campton Hills, Geneva, Elburn and more are an outdoor fitness training program for women of all levels, ages, and sizes looking to lose weight, and reduce body fat, while increasing strength, stamina, self-esteem, and energy.

Jackie keeps these boot camp class sizes small so that she can offer optimal instruction. Camps are stand alone on Saturdays but you can get a deal for purchasing two camps. Each boot camp date is designed for All-Levels of Fitness, so “recruits” will be given options to exercise within their ability levels, yet be challenged to their safe maximum.  The camp will be held in the beautiful outdoors at nearby Heritage Prairie Farm in Elburn (approximately 15 minutes from the JKFY studio).  Because Jackie’s boot camps are geared to women, this boot camp addresses their specific fitness needs. In addition to more traditional boot camp exercises, these sessions will include power yoga with bands and free weights to provide full range of motion exercises.  Jackie’s boot camp workouts also have a strong “guts and butts” core exercise component because these are key areas where women want to lose weight and tone up.  For flexibility and strength, she does warm up and cool downs with yoga.
