To get to a healthy weight — that meant losing over 150 pounds–which I did with Jackie’s help!
How Jackie helped:
At the time of this photo, I’d lost 139 pounds in just 10 months with Jackie’s help. I’m now a size 8 in spite of a hectic travel job as an architect manager and bad knees, and I’m running 5Ks and enjoying Power Yoga classes (pictured at class with Jackie) and I’m at a healthy weight for the first time in my life.
